“We had a great experience working with Teri. She was diligent, responsive, and generous as we looked for our first house. She was able to suggest and show many houses that fit our description, and take our feedback to incorporate into the next set of tours, even the most nitpicky little things. We especially appreciated her attention to detail inside the houses, pointing out various little things that I feel may people would overlook. We did not get the impression that she was trying to sell us on any particular house but rather help us find the perfect house personalized to us specifically. There was no stress involved in any part of the process that Teri was involved in; we felt that she was a skilled advocate for us and that she was very knowledgeable about the process and what needed to be done. Not only was she quick enough to get our offer in first, but that offer was lower than the asking price and still accepted! She attended our signing, which was not something she needed to do but yet she still took the time to be there and support us and answer our questions in the early morning.
